Maxi Net Services

The company was founded in 1990 to install office networks and run BBS Bulletin Boards.

The Bulletin Board technology lasted about a year and a half before the Internet exploded on the scene.

Maxi Net was one of the first ISP's in the Conejo Valley area. Our original T-1 line was a dedicated line pulled from Hayward, California. That was the only place on the West Coast an access to the Internet Backbone could be obtained at the time. This was around 1992.

Maxi Net has continued to grow with the Internet. Rather than offer Personal Dial Up service it was decided to orient Maxi Net toward the business venues offered by the new technology coming to market. Web Hosting for business oriented Web Sites with special needs became our focus.

As customers asked for more services Maxi Net began integrating entire offices with computer networks. The point was that businesses needed a solution to their data processing problems not just a bunch of hardware and software.

The Internet and the office continue to become more closely aligned. All the technology is evolving into a giant worldwide network of information hence the name Maxi Net Services.
